Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 250 gmchicken bone or boneless
  2. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  6. 1 tsp coriander powder
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1egg yolk
  9. 1 tsp rice flour

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add chicken and mix all ingredients mention and mix well marinate for 2 hrs

  2. 2

    Place it in a griller, at lower section.. at 200° for 30 min and after 15 min flip it and cook other side i dont brush oil still it's juicy...

    Please double up the quantity of ingredients according to your taste as it was prepared for my kid so spices are less
