A quick, easy to make, protein rich breakfast option that tastes incredibly delicious.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2Bread slices
  2. 1/2 cupbesan (gram flour)
  3. 3/4 cupwater
  4. 1 tsp eachturmeric powder,salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder
  5. 1/2 small cupfinely chopped veggies
  6. as requiredOil to cook

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, take 1/2 cup of gram flour. Add all the spices acc. To taste. Mix it well.

    Add 3/4 cup of water slowly. Mix it well. Make a paste of medium consistency. Add veggies of your choice. I added green chilli and coriander leaves.

    In a pan, put 1 tsp of oil.dip the bread in batter.Put the dipped bread on pan. Cook until it becomes of golden brown colour.

    Cook the other side of bread by applying 1 tsp of oil. Toast must be of golden brown colour.

    Enjoy it with tomato sauce or any sauce of your choice.
