Steps

Heat a tablespoon oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic, saute it till the aroma of the garlic goes away

Add the veggies- cauliflower, carrots, beans, capsicum, brocolli (optional), mix it well.Add water to boil and add salt and pepper to taste.Can add green chillies and chilli sauce also.Add boiled instant noodles, wheat noodles or rice noodles (as per choice)

Pour in a bowl and serve, can use noodles for garnish as well
