Take a vessel heat oil well, fry each Vegetables separately.At the end fry paneer.

Take a pan heat oil, add onion slices, saute for 1 min, add ginger garlic paste, add cashew nuts paste and mix well, pour 1/4th water of a glass. Add turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, mix well let it come to boil in medium flame, close the lid till it Cooks well

Add all the fried vegetables and Paneer to the mixture, mix well close the lid for 3-5 min in slow lid, close the flame

Garnish with coriander leaves and raisins. Serve hot
