Salt

Cooking oil

Slice the plantain in bowl of water in any kind of shape you want, And add salt in the water.

Then sieve it from the water.

Use your cooking oil to fry it turning it until it turn to yellow.

Serve and eat with any kind of cool or hot drinks.
