Muthia making..Mix all the dry muthia dough ingredients together.

Bind them with little water and curd and make thick dough

Then Keep the dough rest for 10-15 min..

After 15 mins divide dough into equal small parts and shape like muthia or make it according to ur wish.

Now steam all muthias in a idly steamer for about 5-10 mins.

Then fry in hot oil and take out in a plate.

Once muthias fried, then it's time to make the manchurian sauce.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add finely chopped ginger and garlic in hot oil.

Stir and saute for a minute on a low flame.

Then add chopped green stir and saute for a minute on a low flame.hillies and white chopped onion.

Saute till they are soft and translucent

Now add the sauces-soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, and white vinegar.

Quickly add salt and black pepper as required. Mix very well.

Then add cornflour and water mixture to the sauce to dilute it.

Stir well and let it cook for a few minutes.

After adding cornflour the sauce will begin to thicken,

This time add the fried muthias.

Stir so that the sauce coats evenly.

Switch off the flame and dry methi muthia Manchurian is ready.
Serve hot.
