Ingredients

1 person
  1. 3 cupspuffed rice (mumure)
  2. 1finely chopped onion
  3. 1boiled and peeled potato
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1finely chopped green chilli and
  6. 1 tsp red chilli
  7. 1 tbspfinely chopped raw mangoes (optional)
  8. 2 tbsproasted peanuts and chana dal/boiled chana (optional)
  9. 1/2 tbspCoriander and sev for garnishing
  10. 3 teaspoontamarind chutney
  11. 1 tsplemon juice and Salt/black salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the ingredients and mix them well in a large bowl (except for garnishing items)

  2. 2

    Stir them briskly. Squeeze lemon juice on top and mix well. At last, add imli ki chutney and mix until combined completely.

  3. 3

    Quickly serve in a bowl or plate and then add chopped onions, coriander and sev on the top for garnishing.

  4. 4

    Delicious Murmura bhel is ready to serve
