A delicious dish that's quick and easy to make; a healthy side that's perfect with rice.

Prepare the ingredients: cauliflower, garlic, and green onions.

Break the cauliflower into small florets, peel and slice the garlic, and chop the green onions.

Bring half a pot of water to a boil. Blanch the cauliflower for 1 minute, then remove and set aside.

Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil. Sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

Add the cauliflower to the pan and stir-fry with the garlic.

Add the turmeric powder and stir-fry the cauliflower to coat evenly.

Add a little water to help the turmeric flavor absorb into the cauliflower. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Turn off the heat, transfer to a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and enjoy this healthy dish.
