Fry panch foron without oil in iron tawa then blend roughly and keep aside.Boil jalpai in pressure cooker and mashed and keep aside,

Put mustard oil in the heated pan,add five dry red chilli,two bay leaves and mustard seeds saute till it becomes crispy,after that add gur mix well,and keep boiling with half cup water boil till it thik, next add smashed jalpai give it a well mix and keep boiling,add vinegar and mix,

Lastly add panch foron powder and mix well,it remains in good condition for month.

Delicious jalpai ar achar is ready.
