Take the yeast in a glass and add the sugar and gradually add the warm water and whisk well. cover and let the yeast bloom for 15 mins

Take the flour and add the yeast and knead a dough. once the dough comes together, add the olive oil and knead the dough for at least 15 mins.

Apply some olive oil all over the dough and let the dough rise

After 1 hrs the dough had all doubled up punch the dough and divide the dough into 2

Take a spring pan and grease it. place 1 layer at the bottom apply olive oil

Arrange all the bell pepper slices,spread fresh basil leaves. Sprinkle all the spices.Add grated Mozzarella cheese

Sprinkle some cherry tomatoes too.

Arrange another layer of the dough, spread olive oil. Arrange some onion slices and olive slices

Let the dough rise for 30 min

Preheat the oven at 180 degree c and bake the focaccia for 40 to 45 min

Serve hot with some pizza sauce
