Prepare a dough of maida with little salt.

Take a pan heat oil add cauliflower,salt,red chilli powder mix well to keep aside.

Than roll a very thin roll in the same manner in chapati is rolled but the size of momos dough is little small.

Add cauliflower stuffing.close the dough in momos shape.

Than put it in steam for 10 to 15 mints.

Serve hot with red chutney.
