100 gmscheese
2capsicum chopped
2onion chopped
2 tspmalai
1 bowltomato paste
1 tspgarlic paste
To tastesalt
To tastered chilli powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1 pinchblack pepper
1/4 tspturmeric powder
As neededoil
As neededcoriander leaves

Steps

Take a pan add oil, tomato paste and garlic, salt and saute it.

Add capsicum, onion and all spices and saute it.

Add 2 tsp malai and mix well and make the gravy.

After that add cheese slices.

Take a serving plate add cheese and garnish with coriander leaves
