Heat oil

Add onions. Fry them to golden colour

Add ground pilau mix to fried onions

Add tomatoes to mixture then add ground ginger and garlic

Add meat to mixture

Add 1 liter of water. let it come to boiling point then add rice

Leave the mixture to boil till water is dry and rice is cooked

Serve with kachumbari and juice
