Dry fruits Horlicks barfi

Mix the horlicks powder and milk powder together in a bowl.

Heat a pan with ghee and add milk in it.

Then slowly add the horlicks mixture in it and stir it continuously.

Add half of the almonds and pistachios in it and atlast add the cardamom powder in it and mix it well.

Stir them continuously till they become thick and dry.

Then grease a plate with ghee and spread the mixture in it and garnish with remaining half of the dry fruits on it.

Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then cut into small pieces and serve.
