You can make these large like pictured for main dish or small using smaller tortillas for appetizers or snacks!
Steps

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay out tortillas and spread each equally with refried beans.

Top each equally with shredded cheese.

Roll up leaving ends open. Using the palm of your hand push beans along the middle towards ends to sort of flatten and make filling equal throughout burrito.

Heat oil in skillet.

Fry burritos (2 at a time) in oil for 30 seconds per side. Remove to a plate lined with paper towels to drain off extra oil.

Place on a rimmed baking sheet and place in oven for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to set for 5 minutes.

Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
