Healthy green gram split masala idli

Soak the green gram split for 3-4 hours then grind dal, ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves with required water in mixer grinder, now pour in a bowl add semolina, curd also mix it well and put covered it for 4-5 hours.

Now in the evening the batter would have fermented well. Mix all spices very nicely. Mix baking soda also.

Now grease the idli moulds with oil and pouring batter into the idli moulds, Covered it put into preheated microwave for 2 minutes(some sec) on 90 degree.

Now wait for 2 minutes then check it with a toothpick if it comes Clean, now ready to serve.
