In pressure cooker add potato and boil with salt for 2 whistles now cool it remove skin.

In mixie jar add garlic, peanuts, salt, jeera,red chilli powder dhaniya powder and lemon juice and grind it if needed add little water and make smooth paste now heat a pan add oil add hing add garlic paste on slow flame stir it add 2 tsp chopped garlic add boil potato mix all very well switch off the flame, do not overcook mix very well garnish fresh dhaniya.

Heat oil on the flame and fry fryams (it's available in the market).

Eat lahsuni potato with Bhunala (fryams).
