Ingredients

20 minutes
1 serving
  • 2salmon fillet
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteFish masala (any brand)
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1green chilli
  • 2 tbspbutter

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    For marination -take cleaned and washed fish add lemon garlic ginger paste and fish masala mix well rub on the fish in light hands

    After 10 minutes take pan add butter than add chilli and transfer fish on the pan flame medium to high add salt and black pepper than cover it

    Cook with low flame for 5 minutes than turn it over and cook other side,cook till fish well cooked and golden brown in colour and crispy,
