Dumpling in coconut sauce (mathobosha)

In a pot,Pour the 3cups of water pot and place on a medium high heat.
Once the water begins to bubble at the bottom of the pot, add the flour. - 2
Let the flour to cook till the water is less then start stir to make a soft dough

Once you have dough remove from the fire.

Next knead the by dough using ur hand or a mixer while adding 1 tbsp of oil to help you knead the dough, if you are kneading by hand be careful because the dough is hot at that point.

Next cut the dough into 6-7small doughs and then roll each dough into a long strips and cut each strip into small pieces.

Then press the small pieces to make a deep hollow shape using some oil.
Repeat with the remaining pieces. - 7
After all the pieces are shaped, place them in a pot and cover them. In a pot add coconut milk, sugar,ground cardamom,almonds and raisins and bring to boil

Then add the small pieces of the dough into the coconut milk and cook for 7-10minutes.

Cook on medium low stove until the coconut milk has reduced and thick.
Serve it in a bowl
Enjoy it warm or cold xxx.
