Add oil and butter to pan add the sliced mushrooms fry till golden brown then add the spinach salt pepper and stir then set a side, put 1 piece bread in toaster once browned take out and top with mushrooms and spinach and in the same pan fry 1 egg.

Then eat and enjoy i have mine with mayo 🤫
