In a large and heavy bottomed pan, ghee and melt it on a low flame.

Once the ghee is hot and melted, add gond/edible gum in the pan little at a time and fry on low flame until the goond puffs up.

Make sure that goond is completely cooked from inside and outside. Repeat process with rest of the good and keep aside to cool down.

In the same pan containing the melted ghee, fry almonds,cheshew,Peepla and keep aside.Now add soyabean & wheat flour and roast until it becomes aromat and brown. Turn off the flame.

In another pan roast coconut powder and poppy seed. And keep aside.

Transfer the flour on to a plate. Add the Gond, powdered sugar, Mishti, coconut powder,poppy seed and all dry fruits and mix well. Let the mixture cool down.

Now take little amount of mixture in your hands and give them round shape.

Serve Gond Ke Ladoo as a healthy snack during winter to prevent colds and cough or to new mothers after delivery to provide them with instant energy.
