Ingredients

  1. 1 kgchicken gizzards, liver n necks
  2. 1 tbspgarlic and ginger paste
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 2-3 tbsptomato paste
  5. 3 tbspoil
  6. 1 tspsimba mbili curry powder
  7. Pinchtumeric
  8. 1lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the gizzards n put them to boil with the garlic and ginger paste n salt.In the meantime put tomato paste, curry powder, turmeric n salt in a bowl n mix.Add lemon juice

    Put oil in a sufuria then add the tomato mixture cook for two minutes then add the gizzards n mix properly.
