In a pot over heat, add chopped onions, then the chicken, then the spices. Add olive oil and vegetable oil. Let everything cook well, then add water and the vegetables. Add the clarified butter and let everything cook thoroughly, then set aside.

To prepare the Tfaya, in a pot over heat, add chopped onions, then the raisins. Add a little cinnamon and a little sugar, and half a cup of water. Let everything cook well until you get a Tfaya mixture, then set aside.

For the couscous, add a little salt and a little vegetable oil to the water. Let it rest for 15 minutes, then steam it in a couscous steamer. Repeat this process three times. Place the couscous on a serving dish, pour the broth and vegetables over it, place the chicken in the center, and then add the Tfaya on top.
