Idli/ Left over idlis cube cut them in a big piece. Deep Fry the idli cubes till golden brown in the medium flame

Idlis would remain crispy till u serve. Heat a kadai with 2 tsp of oil

Saute the onion, cumin seeds,Curry leaves, green chili, garlic flakes,ginger and capsicum. When cooked add tomato sauce, soy sauce, chilli sauce as required

Add little water to bring it to saucy consistency.

Finally add the deep fried idli piece and toss it well.

Add onion or coriander leaves Garnish it.serve it hot
