Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 3/4 cupwarm milk or warm water
  3. 1 tspactive instant yeast
  4. 1.5 tbspsugar
  5. 2 tbspmilk powder
  6. 3/4 tspsalt
  7. 1.5 tbspbutter
  8. 2black raisins for bear's eyes
  9. red ribbon

Cooking Instructions

    Take a large bowl, add flour, yeast, sugar, milk powder and salt. mix well.

    Add water or milk and prepare a smooth dough.

    Finally add butter and knead the dough for 10 minutes.

    Keep the dough in a oiled bowl, cover with a lid and rest for 1 hour in warm place.

    After 1 hour, the dough should doubled the size.

    Knead it again for 2-3 minutes.

    Divide the dough into 9 portions (2 big sizes and 7 small sizes) and roll into balls.

    Grease a baking tray with oil.

    Take a big sized ball and slightly flatten with your palm.

  10. 10

    Place this in baking tray and repeat the process for stomach, legs, hands, ears and nose.

    Brush the bun with milk and let it sit for 30 minutes in warm place.

    Preheat the oven at 180c for 10 minutes.

    Bake the bread for 25 minutes or until it turns golden brown color.

    Decorate with ribbon and make eyes with raisins.

    Your teddy bear bread is ready.
