Mixed Saag Filled Cheezy Makka Tarts

Cut all green saag,radish and turnip and wash it. Add green chillies and 1 cup water pressure cook them for 15 to 20 minutes

Let it cool, in a wok add the butter add grated ginger and garlic paste saute for 2 minutes then add onion and tomatoes saute until leave the oil. Now add salt and red chilli powder

Now open the pressure cooker remove the saag blend it to make a fine paste. Add this paste in the wok mix it and cook for 5 minutes.

Now mix salt and oil in the makka flour knead a dough using hot water and rest for 10 minutes using wet cloth.

Grease tart moulds fill the dough by it's walls prick them with help of fork and fill saag in them spread grated cheese and some spring onions put it in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degree.

Remove it from the oven let it cool remove carefully from the moulds. Enjoy this new version of makki and sarso saag
