Ingredients

  • 2zucchini or courgette
  • 1 clovecrushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the zucchini into circles then strips

    Heat a pan add oil add garlic then add the zucchini

    Cook them for 2 minutes while stirring.season with salt n pepper

  4. 4

    Remove from heat put in a sieve or drainer to drain moisture.serve after afew minutea
