Steps
- 1
Use medium sized pot to warm up soy milk that has been mix with 5g of agar -agar powder on medium heat. Stir and do watch it as soy milk burns easily and this will give you a burnt taste in your tau foo fah which you do not want. It can also boil over.*Happend to me 😅
- 2
For the syrup, use 800g of water boiled with 1 block of palm / brown sugar. Stir it till it finally dissolved with high viscosity to make it more delicate. Nyum nyum😋
- 3
Cool the all the ingredients for about 4-6 hours before it can be served
- 4
Now, all mix the soymilk puddings with the syrups, there you go instant marvelous Tau Foo Fah, recommend for students and lazy people like me hmm
