Fish Curry

Steps

1st Arrange all above the ingredients for Curry. Then wash the Fish 2-3 times with Water, then merinat with Salt, Turmeric Powder & Mustard Oil, mix well keep aside for 15 minutes.

Heat Mustard Oil in a Kadhai. Fry fish & Potatoes good well both of side in High-Medium flame. After fry take out.

Now again Heat Oil in a Kadhai. Add Mustard Seeds. Then add Onion Chopped, roast it on medium flame, add Curry Leaves (toast for few minutes), Ginger Garlic Paste & roast it again. Now add Tomato Paste and mix it well. Till the oil separates from the surface, add all spicy Masala (Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Curry powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt) & continually mix it 5-10 mins in Low flame. Now add Fried-Potatoes mix it for 3 mins on low flame.

Add Water as Needed, Cook it 15 mins in medium flame. Check the Potatoes for properly Cook ; add Fish and cook for few minutes. Till it becomes gravy, switch off the flame. Now Ready to serve with Rice... 🍛🦈
