Ingredients

2-3 servings

400 gmBrinjal (Cut in round shape)
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
as neededMustard oil
1/2 tsp dry red chilli powder
1/2 tspCumin powder

Steps

Marinate round shaped brinjal in turmeric and salt for 5-10 min.Take a tawa, heat it well add oil keep the brinjal in it, each 40-50 sec check sides if it's well cooked or not.

Take it out and sprinkle roasted cumin and red dry chilli powder

Have it with rice😋😋
