Vegetable jallof rice with catfish peppersoup

Parboil ur rice and set aside

Grate ur attaruhu and tattasai, then slice onions and cut celery.also cut all the carrots and green beans

Add oil to a pot and add ur attaruhu mixture and fry,add water and all seasonings mentioned and all to boil

Then add ur rice, peas carrots green beans, celery ginger and garlic paste and onion slice and allow to cook

To a different pot, add ur washed cat fish and sliced onions and all to boil

Then add garlic and ginger paste,ataruhu mix, all seasonings, black pepper, celery, onions g/nut oil and mix then all to cook for few more minutes then serve along with ur jallof rice
