Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlfried rice or pulao
  2. 1/2 bowlal purpose flour
  3. 1 teaspoonsemolina
  4. as neededOil for fry
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tspCumin seeds
  10. 1/4 tspCarom seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Make a dough with maida and suzi in big mixing bowl add salt, black pepper, azwain, zeera, garam masala, make a thik doug leave it for 5miutes.

    Other side heat oil to fry then make thin chapati with dough and cut in small pieces with help of knife then stuff rice in it and close it and fry in oil on low flame when it becomes light brown put outside then serve with sauce and chutni..
