Steps

Take a navsari poha pour in strainer then wash in running water for a few seconds to soften them, drain water well.

Take poha then add salt,chilli, mashed potato, coriander, mix well keep aside for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes make a tikki and fry in hot oil for both sides.

Take a serving plate pour curd then arrange Tikki garnish with tomato ketchup and tamarind ketchup.

Then enjoy Poha tikki.
