Rava kesari with dessicated coconut and toasted sesame
Steps

Heat up the ghee in a wok.

Add the semolina and roast until golden.

Add the boiling water along with food coloring. Let it cook for a while until water seems evaporated.

Add the sugar and mix well.

Then add the pineapple essence.

And cardamom powder too. Cook well until the sheera leaves the bottom of wok. The ghee starts oozing out.

Switch off the flame and take it in a flat plate and let it cool doen a bit.

Using a paper cutting decorate with dessicated coconut and sesame seeds.
