Steps

Firstly take the mixie jar add coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds, ginger, green chilli, coconut, lemon juice, flattened rice (poha), &salt to taste, little water or as required. Now grind to make a smooth paste keep this aside.

Heat the pressure cooker on high flame, dry roast the black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, and cardamom saute till they becomes aromatic smell.

Now add cumin seeds roast until they crackle on low flame.

Next add finely chopped onions stir on low flame for another few seconds

Further add washed and chopped all veggies like Gobi, potato, Green peas, French Bean's saute again.

Next add grinded Green mixture into it stir well.

Then add washed and drained rice mix together on medium flame for 1-2 mins while stirring occasionally.

After add required hot water and salt according to taste mix well again.

Cover the lid and cook for 3 whistles in Pressure cooker. After allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.

Next mix well without breaking the rice grains. Healthy and tasty pulao is ready.

Lastly healthy Hara Bhara Sabzi pulav serve with curd, raita etc.
