First prepare powder.dry roast fenugreek, red chillies, asafoetida in a dry pan and let it cool.Powder in mixie as fine powder.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, jeera, urad dhal, kadalai paruppu,cashew, finely chopped green chillies and ginger,grated amla,salt, turmeric powder,curry leaves, coriander leaves.Add grounded powder from mixie and stir well.

Add already cooked rice to this in low flame and mix well. Switch off after 3 mins.Ready to serve.
