Ingredients

  • 2 cuprice crispies(moori)
  • 1 cupboiled potatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 slicelemon
  • Mustard oil for drizzling
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 1/4 cupjuliens of raw papaya
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • Black salt for seasoning
  • 1 tbsptamarind water
  • 1 tsppepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut boiled potatoes. Finely chop onion.

    Take a clean bowl. Put potatoes in it. Add onion, papaya juliens, moori, oil, cumin powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, black salt, squize lemon, tamarind water.

    Mix all ingredients properly. Enjoy your Aaloo moori.
