  1. for manchow
  2. 1/2 cupNoodles
  3. 1 tspCorn flour
  4. 100 gmCooking oil
  5. for soup
  6. 1/4 cupGarlic chopped
  7. 2 inchGinger grated
  8. 1/4 cupCarrot finely chopped
  9. 1/4 cupCapsicum chopped
  10. 1/4 cupCoriander chopped
  11. 1/4 cupCabbage chopped
  12. 1/4 cupTomato chopped
  13. 1/4 cupSpring onions chopped
  14. 1/2 litreWater
  15. 2 tspSalt
  16. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  17. 2 tspSoya sauce
  18. 1 cupTomato sauce

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Cook the noodles, drain excess water, sprinkle corn flour and toss. Heat the oil in kadai and deep fry noodles till they become crispy and remove from oil.

    Heat the oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, spring onions, saute well. Addother chopped vegitables, saute till they are soft.

    Add water, corn flour, salt black pepper, soya sauce, tomato sauce, boil them well. Turn off gas soup is ready, transe to serving bowl, along with fried noodles.
