How to make rice flour To make rice flour Soak the rice for about 5 to 6 hours.
Now drain,After draining the rice, spread it out on a fabric towel or paper towels. Let the rice dry for about an hour, until it is slightly dry to the touch.

At first Combine the rice and wheat flour in a bowl.Add carom seeds add salt.

Add water little by little to form a little hard dough of it.

Now take a small portion from the dough and make a small circle with very light hands with the help of the belan or roller pin.

Now heat oil,when the oil is hot enough deep fry the pooris till light brown in colour.
And now it’s ready to serve.
