Ingredients

  • 2 cuprice
  • 50 gmfresh green garlic washed,chopped with stalks
  • 1 tbspfresh methi leaves washed chopped
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tbspoil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add the garlic with green stalks, green chillies stir fry for 2 to 3 mins. Add methi leaves fry for 2 mins.

  2. 2

    Add haldi powder stir fry add rice mix well. Add 4 cups water,salt and cook till done.
