To begin preparation of manipuri style vegetable pulao cook the rice and keep ready or you can use left over rice.

First take coriander seeds,dry red chilli,garlic and ginger according to measurement in ingredient list and blend in blender by adding little water.Take little oil in vessel and add cumin seeds.when they crackle add spring onions,turmeric and fry for few seconds.

Add blended paste and mix for few minutes until raw smell of ginger goes
-Now add all veggies of your favourite choice(carrots,beans,potato, broccolis,peas.) - 4
Close the lid and cook for some time.When veggies are almost cooked add salt and rice to it and mix properly
serve hot with raita.
