Wash rice carefully.

Take a rice cooking cooker and put the rice in it. Add salt and turmeric powder. Cook it.

Now strain the water from the rice.

Boil ghee in pan and fry cashew nuts and raisins. Take them out on a plate.

Now add ghee in the rice. Add fried cashews and raisins in the rice. Add sugar, Garam masala powder and cover with a lid.

Shake the container lightly.
