Steps

Wash and Soak 1 bowl of rice in 1 bowl of coconut milk for half an hour.

Now coarsely grind the rice in a mixer.

In a karahi add 2 tb spoon pure ghee and add this grinded rice and roast on slow flame for 1 5 minutes or till aroma comes.

Add sugar and remaining 2 bowls of coconut milk and stir continuously till mixture gets thick.

Garnish with chopped almonds. pistachio and walnuts.

Serve hot.
