Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 1/2 cupcream
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Paprika
  6. Finely chopped (cooked ham or tongue)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat eggs well add seasoning stir in cream little minced parsley

  2. 2

    Pour into well buttered timbales add chopped tongue and truffles

  3. 3

    Steam 25 minutes over hot water.
