Heat the pan,add oil chana daal, mustard seeds, sliced onion, dried red chillies.

Add mashed potatoes.Add all the above spices. Mix it well.Add 2tbsp water.

Cook it for 3to. 4 minutes in low flame. Turn off the flame. Stuffing is ready.

Make the batter of soaked rice and urad daal in a blender.keep it for ferment overnight.

Add crushed Fenugreek seeds and salt.Add water as per required.

Grease the Tawa with oil and spread Dosa batter on it till golden brown. Flip it.

Spread stuffed potato over it. Crispy Masala Dosa is ready to serve with Sambhar and Chutney.
