Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 4patato cut in round shape
  2. 1 cupkuttu Ka aata/ buckwheat flour
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 2-3chopped green chillies
  5. 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander leaves
  6. 1tspn black pepper powder
  7. Water to make paste
  8. Ghee/oil for frying

  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix buckwheat flour and water to make a middium pouring consistency paste add salt, green chillies, black pepper powder and coriander leaves in it and give a quick mix..

  2. 2

    Heat ghee for frying.. Take slices of patato one by one dip in the paste and fry them till golden brown n crispy.. Once done enjoy the delicious kuutu ke pakore/ buckwheat flour pakore plain or with curd/ yogurt..
