Take a pan and add milk on medium gas.

Add condensed milk.

Add fresh cream and mix it well.

Then add saffron threads.

Boil till it becomes half.

As you see cream forming up and milk becomes thick switched off the flame.

Cut the round shape bread slice..

Pour rasmalai in bowl and add bread slice, dip bread slice in ras malai mixture.

And serve chilled..
