Ingredients

  • 1 boxTofu
  • 5 gGinger
  • 3-4 clovesGarlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspLight soy sauce
  • 1 tspDark soy sauce
  • 1 tspCorn flour
  • 3-4Spring onion to dress
  • Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil tofu in hot water till soft and cooked

    Put little oil and lightly fry the tofu

  3. 3

    Put all other ingredients together mixed in with some water to make it a light mixture, gently pour into the cooking tofu, done
