Ingredients

  1. 250 gramswhite chana
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1 spoonturmeric powder
  4. 1 spoonsalt
  5. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  6. 2onions
  7. 2tomatoes
  8. 2green Chillies
  9. 1small piece ginger
  10. 4-5 piecesgarlic
  11. 3 glasseswater

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a cooker add Chana, salt and water boil it for 25 minutes on low flame.

    Now make a paste of onion tomato, ginger, garlic and green Chilli now take a wok add oil and heat it now add onion and tomato paste fry it now add turmeric powder and red chilli powder mix it

  3. 3

    Lastly, add boiled Chana and mix it serve it with chapati.
