Ingredients

  • 1 litremilk
  • 1 bowlsugar
  • pinchkesar
  • as requiredchopped almonds
  • as requiredchopped cashewnuts
  • as requiredchopped pista
  • 2crushed elaichi

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok. add milk and cook for half an hour. add crushed elaichi, chopped almond, cashew,pista and Kesar. cook for 10 minutes. Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes and turn off the flame.

    Let cool the mixture. add rasgulla and freeze for 1 hour. Yummy rasmalai is ready to serve.
